National Service

I swear someone needs to do something about the management in army. How can they possibly let someone who is excused from heavy duties do not-so-light duties or depriving them from ample sleep/rest? & Maybe even FORCING them to stay back during their off days to do stupid duties when they are sick? I mean, okay la they have to be punished for their wrong actions but if they are sick, shouldn't the punishment be postponed till they recover? Seriously, forcing all the poor guys to serve the army is bad enough alrd and having such a sucky form of management makes things even worse isn't it?
